This product is great. I use it regularly and my hair looks and feels so healthy. It was extremely dry and very dull. This product has really made a difference. Kerastase products are a must for me. I know it is awkward in the jar, but it's nothing that should put anyone off.

I either am using this wrong, or it just doesn't do anything for me. I still have half a jar sitting around, along with the Dr. Brandt cleanser, toner and other items. This brand is not for me.

I cannot believe how great this gloss is. I have the worst, crustiest lips on the planet - or used to. I have tried every gloss and lip balm imaginable. This is the first gloss that isn't overly sticky, does NOT have a gross taste, stays on longer than most, and CONDITIONS my lips. I bought Twinkle #11 only because The Chanel counter at Harrods didn't have my first pick in stock. However, I'm not unhappy because this colour is great on me. I completely recommend this product esp. for those that suffer from crusty lip syndrome like me but want to remedy it in style. If I could rate this product an 11 I would, but I will just have to give it a 10 for now.

This product does take off my makeup, smells great, and is gentle. What I don't like is the slightly sticky/tacky, tight feeling that it leaves behind afterwards. When I've used it to take off my makeup, I then end up using my regular cleanser after to get rid of that filmy feeling. I would use this product more for eye makeup remover and then do my regular cleansing regime.

The first bottle of polish I got went on very thick and didn't spread very easily. I took this back because it was as if the polish was old and started getting too tacky. Chanel replaced it and the results were better, however, my polish is already chipping. I spent my Sunday morning doing my manicure and the next day I have to redo it - major chipping going on. You will need a top-coat over your polish for your manicure to endure longer than a few hours. This is just really not worth the money, and I am so sad becuase I love the colour. I will find an Essie or OPI colour that looks like Blue Satin, instead.

Kerastase Bain Satin 3 Complete Nutrition Shampoo for Very Dry and Sensitized Hair
My favourite shampoo
This is my favourite shampoo. I have used so many other brands (I was previously using Bumble and Bumble Moisture Rich Shampoo) and this is the first one that I've really noticed a difference in my hair. My hair went from being very dry, dull, and just not healthy looking, to feeling and looking amazing. I get a lot more compliments on my hair than I have ever had.

I use this product as part of my regime on my wet hair. I love what it does to my hair. It definitely helps with detangling and keeping my hair frizz free. Don't over use it because your hair might be a bit oily feeling. Just a few pumps works great on my thick hair. I also don't use it close to my roots. I have this in a spray as well as the pump. I like the pump better.

I just got a sample of this and I think it's alright, but I think there is better out there. It still seemed to clump my lashes together which I really don't like. It does have a nice rich colour and doesn't seem to flake, though.

This is currently the hand creme that I've used for the last few years. It doesn't leave my hands feeling overly greasy and it has a nice smell.

I just purchased this two weeks ago and had high hopes that it would be a lot more effective than it was. I paid about £14. However, I end up using my Sure anti-Perspirant that only cost me £1.99 and have better results.
