I am a "retired" cosmetologist that loves the biz. I am the mother of four beautiful children: 15yr old daughter who is in her first year of high school and still manages to love school; 8yr old daughter who is in 2nd grade and is the coolest little person you'll ever meet; 6yr old son who is surrounded by women and loves and adores them all; and last (but hopefully not) 8 month old little girl who lights up the room where ever we are. I have been happily married to the love of my life for 11 years. I am very fortunate that I am able to stay at home and take of my children. I keep up with my hairstyling for my daughters and my son.

My family is by far my top priority in life. I love to watch movies. It is a real treat if I can see a movie at the theatre, and I like to save that for date night with my wonderful husband, or for birthdays for my kids. I used to be so fond of reading novels and writing in my journal. Unfortunately my four kids keep me very busy so that has been moved to the back burner. I don't mind at all. My kids will only be little once. And everything I have moved aside I can take up again after they all move into adulthood.

Doing hair is my absolute favorite paying job. But being a Mom is the best job in the world.

I love being able to help my oldest daughter keep up with the trends with her hairstyles and to be able to teach her how to style it on her own. And giving her tips on how to apply makeup for a certain look.

Personally I have gone for a more au natural look. My husband adores my silver streaks in my hair. So I have given up colouring it. I have finally reached a point in my life where I love the natural colour of my hair along with my "natural highlights". I do miss putting on makeup to go out and about, however, not having to fuss with it in the morning saves me a lot of stress. So on special occassions or just "for fun" I will doll myself up. Looking pretty always makes me feel good all day.
