This is it. This is the right combination of color, coverage, sunscreen, finish, etc. Coverage is sheer-to-medium (it's fairly buildable), the finish is semi-matte, stands up to humidity, and looks good doing it. win, win, win.

Rather than repeat everything negative that has all ready been said in reviews (looks shiny, rubs off easily, does not last) let me add: does NOT stand up to heat and humidity. regardless the primer used, and: I've tried them all, this foundation cakes, then wilts away in over 80 temps. Here in Houston, that's most of the year. Worst foundation ever.

Does the product do what it says? Well --- yes. It does make my lashes look longer and fuller than a single coat of mascara. But it does not look or perform any better than 3 coats of mascara. Since, for hygene reasons, mascara should be discarded after 3 months, using this product and 1 coat of mascara, insures that I am throwing out nearly full tubes of mascara every 3 months -- wasting money on both lash primer and mascara. This was a waste of time and money.

Although my menopausal skin is getting dryer (or, at least: less oily) by the year, jI live in a hot, humid climate, and prefer a light moisturizer with sunscreen in the daytime. Their web-site said that this could substitute for one's regular moisturizer, but that left me wondering: who's regular?? I bought it on faith (and knowing I could return it), and am happy to report that it is a great moisturizer, but is not the least greasy. It leaves no dicernable residue, and is wonderful under make-up.

I bought this on the advice of Paula Begoun (the Cosmetics Cop), who recommends it as a potent anti-oxidant serum. I wouldn't know about that (lacking a full lab in my house), but I find that when used in the evening between toner and night cream, i awake with skin that is calm, sothed and less red than without it. For me - this is a definite keeper!

This toner is so comforting!!! On hot days (I live in Texas), it is instantly cooling -- on any day that my skin is irritated, (most days) it calms and soothes, while cleaning up the last bit of cleanser/hard water residue, and leaving my skin feeling clean and comforted.
