Tarte 4 Day Stay Lash Stain with Polyflex Technology

SOOO disappointed

When I saw that Tarte made a "stain", I was really excited and even more so when I put it on. Doesn't clump and your eyelashes look like your own - just better! After a couple of hours, though, I had smudges and by the next morning, there was more "stain" under my eyes than on my eyelashes. If it lasted, it would be perfect - now I just use it when I'm running out and don't want to put on mascara.

Tarte Lights Camera Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara

The BEST!

I got a sampler of mascaras from Sephora and eliminated them one by one based on how they went on, how easy it was to remove, how it made my lashes look, and whether it smudged or flaked. I deliberately did not look at the labels, so I wouldn't be biased BEFORE I tried it. This mascara won, hands down. It's light, creamy, makes my already long lashes look even longer, and is pretty easy to remove. It doesn't smudge and my eyelashes look great at the end of the day. It's a little expensive, but well worth it. I had a drawer full of mascaras that I'd bought and didn't use, so I figure I come out ahead with this. You won't be disappointed!

L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara

This is the WORST

I've used L'Oreal mascara for years and was really excited to see this brush. It's a great idea - if it worked. I practiced and practiced, but I couldn't get the outside or insides corners of my lashes and when I did, it clumped. Finally got it on and by 2:00 pm it had smudged and I looked like a raccoon. I wrote a nasty email to L'Oreal and promptly threw it in the trash. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
