It's Just Okay...

This is what I call a Fashion Lip Balm. Made to just look good without any real results. Maybe because I ask for a lot out of my lip balms but this didn't impress me. If you are looking for a genuine lip balm for some serious moisture I don't think you will get it with this. My lips tend to get very dry, chapped and flaky and this did nothing for that. So if your lips need some real TLC this isn't the balm for you. I do like the SPF 20, that's a bit higher then what you normally see in lip balms. I got this in peppermint, smells and taste just like it. It does give nice glossy sheen that's a bit build able.

The Best Drugstore Remover I've Tried So Far

I'm not completely in love with this but it is better then any other waterproof remover I've tried. It doesn't remove all my mascara in one swipe. Usually takes 3 or 4 tries for 3 coats of mascara. Sometimes I have to use more product each time. Its best to just let your cotton pad sit on your eye for minute to let the formula really work. It can get a bit greasy but it doesn't irritate my eyes at all. There's no stinging, burning, it hasn't left a film or fuzziness after using this. The packaging is cute. But from how the bottle is designed and where the opening is positioned I noticed the remover will run down the sides and drip sometimes. No matter how carefully you try to pour it. I like how the opening in the top is big enough to fit a Q-Tip down into the bottle. Which is great for fixing mistakes and getting rid of mascara residue under the eyes. Without having to use too much product.

Got Rid of Mr Dandruff but a bit Drying

When I got this I was skeptical because I thought I would need something stronger. My hair was full of flakes even patches of white flakes right at the scalp. After one shampoo I noticed a reduction. After the second the flakes were just about gone. I love the smell, its not a chemical strong smell at all. It really does smell like Green Apples. The bottle is a little top heavy though. Have to make sure it doesn't slip out of my hand in the shower. It is a bit drying and because of that I'll probably try and find a moisturizing shampoo to do the job.

Always Comes to the Rescue

I've used this for years and I'll try other lip balms but always come back to this. My bottom lip in particular has a problem with being very chapped (dry, flaky, cracked, bleeding etc.) unless I keep my lips slathered in lip balm. It doesn't matter how bad my lips are, this will always come to the rescue. Just putting it on before bed, I see a major difference overnight. The original Carmex has a smell that is not ideal, very strong. But Carmex has since come out with a Cherry scented balm. It works just as well as the original but with a much better scent and SPF 15.

Best Night Cream On A Budget

I was really surprised at how much I like this. I'm on my second jar right now. Its a nice thick consistency, so you don't need a lot of this at all. The smell is bit on the perfumey side, but I can live with that. I'll put this on before I go to bed when I look like crap. I'll wake up with my skin glowing and super soft. The firming capabilities in my opinion aren't that great. I've had some fine lines around my mouth that haven't really changed. But at $6 you can't beat this! I've tried drugstore creams twice the price with weaker results.

Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Pore Scrub

My Favorite Product in the Line

I will say this, don't be fooled by the name. This definitely is not a regular facial scrub. You can feel the JoJoba beads but they are very gentle. This is more along the lines of a cleanser/scrub. The consistency is very velvety soft. Its also a bit runny so be careful to watch how much comes out of the packaging. It has very little lather but that's because there is no sulfates so that's a plus. Going on the skin its feels very silky, almost in a pampering way. My skin is never left dry or tight and there was a reduction in my very large pores that like to make themselves known. The smell is great as well!

Neutrogena Naturals Multi-Vitamin Nourishing Night Cream

Gave Me The Worst Reaction

I really wanted to like this and I didn't expect it to break me out the way it did. I have combination/oily skin that's not very sensitive. And I've never had an issue with a Neutrogena product before. Let me start with this did nothing for my oiliness in my T-Zone. If anything it made it worse. I would wake up to an oil slick in the middle of my face every morning. This also caused me to receive red acne-like bumps on my cheeks followed by major redness in the same area. Redness is not something I suffer from on a regular basis. I actually thought I was getting Rosacea because it matched the symptoms of it. I also went through a brief dry spell using this and this cream did nothing for that either. I had to reapply it multiple times to make the flakes go away. Probably the only thing I did like was the smell.
