Not great

The color is rich, but the color I got was WAY darker than the color shown on the packaging and my hair texture suffered. I have not colored my hair in twenty years, so I had perfectly natural hair, but after using this product my hair became quite porous and lost its luster (admittedly it also lost all the gray). I guess you get what you pay for. Now my hair looks like I dye it at home for cheap.
