Revlon Tourmaline/Ceramic Brush Dryer

I purchased this appliance a couple of years ago and the brushes keep coming off. My hair is soft and fine and short, so I can see no reason for the brush to keep coming off. There is no way to secure it, for example, a clamp or tightening screw, so no matter what I do, it comes off while in use. I will not buy this type of appliance again and certainly will steer clear of Revlon products like this.
