  • Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair Butter

I have 3A curly hair and this was way to heavy for my hair.

    Carol's Daughter Hair Milk

    I didn't really like it.

I received a sample from Sephora and I am not that impressed. I won't be buying this.

    Philosophy Hope in a Jar

    LOVE THIS STUFF!

I bought the line in a sample box (cleanser, serum, moisturizer and eye cream) and I love it! It all works together and is great! I saw a difference in my skin within a day. I love the smell. Smells fresh and clean. I am a Philosophy girl all the way now!

  • Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller

This works well enough. I prefer cooling gels like Mary Kay has but I prefer the roller. So I think this is a better choice for when you are lazy like I am and don't want to mess with applying with your finger.

  • Cosmedicine Medi-Matte Oil Control Lotion SPF 20

I too had to tried this after reading all the rave reviews. I live in South Florida so I may be asking too much from a product to expect a matte finish all day. I got a sample from Sephora. It is really thick so I applied with a sponge. It went on very matte, but I was shiny by the time I got to work. Blotted. Matte again. I gave it 5 stars because my face does feel less oily than with no make up and not tight like some other drying products do, it does provide medium coverage of my pores and slight discoloration and it has SPF so it's not all bad. I will NOT be going back and spending $42 on it though... on to the next latest and greatest ...

Philosophy Hope in a Jar SPF 20

    It is different but ...

... you have to expect that when they add or take away ingredients. I like the original better but this is not so bad that I would go without SPF! It is more cottage cheesy than whipped like the orginial but whatcha gonna do ... lol "-)

  • L'Oreal Paris EverPure Moisture Conditioner

i bought this conditioner because it touted sulfate free; however, I agree that this conditionersmells really weird. I don't know what, if anything, mint and rosemary does for hair but it does nothing for the smell sense. It amazes me sometimes. Do they not product test these? All in all it was just ok. I will use up what I have but I will not buy it again.

  • Almay Intense i-Color Bring Out Powder Shadow

I prefer a natural look (browns) and I felt like a clown wearing this. I have green eyes with brown flecks so I bought the one for green eyes. Pink and purple is not a good look for me and it didn't bring out the green. I gave it 2 stars because it was easy to apply and stayed put all day.

  • Almay Bright Eyes Eye Shadow
    2.0

    Almay Bright Eyes Eye Shadow

    Not really digging this.

This creases, doesn't turn to powder and is a too "glittery" for a natural look. I gave it 2 stars because it did brighten. I will probably use this SPARINGLY with other eye shadow.

  • Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
    1.0

    Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

    It didn't work for me.

If you have very sensitive eyes and/or wear contacts, you might want to avoid this product. It made my eyes burn and tear up all day which in turn made them puffy and made my dark circles worse. Ugh! I looked like I had been up for days. On top of that, it did not keep my eyeshadow from creasing and it is hard to take off. I take my make up off with Philosophy Purity and I had to rub this off with vaseline after washing my face which again aggravates the eye area. I am really disappointed. I was hoping for greatness after reading all the other reviews.
