I am a Bzz Agent and was given a sample of this eye shadow. It was the color sample listed in this review (reminded me of neopolitan ice cream colors!) I was VERY skeptical at the start- who would think a one sweep eye shadow would work? I was actually pretty surprised at how well about two sweeps would look. I would probably only use this in an emergency and I wanted to make sure there were other colors. I noticed in a store recently that they actually have a decent variety of colors. I intend to try out the neutrals because the color sample was given just didn't sit well with me. I tried it on my mom who is 68 has bad vision so application of eye makeup is difficult. It turned out to look nice on her - I think we may shop for a better color for her. As long as you line up the brush properly with each eye, you really cannot mess this up. I felt that at least a second swipe worked best. This could probably be adjusted with your own eye shadow brush for blending just a tad more- but how quickly it applies! I was satisfied with this eye shadow but would like to see more (an better) color pallettes used. Great for those who can't get the right blending, on-the-go types, elderly, or vision-impaired folks who struggle with eye shadow application

I am a Bzz Agent and was given a sample to try out. I wish I could comment on what color it is but it's not written on the tube. (I have blue eyes so I am hoping it's the illuminator for blue eye color.) I am always looking for a great mascara taht gives length and fullness. Step one of the mascara is your basic mascara really- I LOVE IT! It went on fully and gave great length in the first one-two strokes. I was very impressed. I only gave 8 stars because the illuminator really does nothing to enhance my eyes. I have long known that these additions to mascara really never work so I don't know why manufacturers continue to do this. Perhaps playing around with another color may help? I dunno- but I am very satisfied with just the mascara itself. Now I can only hope to find which Loreal mascara they use for that!

I had been used to using a lip pencil to fill in my lips because I was not fond of lipsticks. I was happy to see an affordable lip stain! It runs about $7-$9 depending where you buy it (the store shown is a multi-package). I own 4 now- #420 is a ight blush- good for my lips to look natural because the pigmentation in my lips is very light #440 is a nice light berry stain- subtle for everyday use #402 is a bright berry color- reminds me of freshly smeared berries- like the color of bright berry lip stick of pinup girls in the 40's- If you lilke bright reds you will like this one otherwise a bit bright for the not so daring #450 is a deep red good for nighttime wear- has a red-mauve color to it I gave 9 stars because it does not stain all day (need to reapply after eating or drinking if you want to keep the more intense color. I also have some trouble with the lightest one- not sure it has alot of stain in it or that its allowing it to flow out of the tip. I love this product and surprised at the avg # of stars. If you want long-lasting stain (and probably rigorous washou routine to get it off) then buy the more expensive ones at Sephora. I am a Bzzagent but this item was not something I was required to review...just love it!

I was very impressed with this product. I am 38 and the wrinkles are slowly appearing. I was amazed at how this covered under my eyes- even though I don't have very dark circles- my skin has some blotchiness and this truly helped. I was only somewhat confused when purchasing- one container states it is a corrector and another says it is an eye concealer. They looked the same to me but I opted for the corrector. I also dab this on red areas of my face and it works beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised to see it does not cake up. After using this I apply a light mineral powder and it seems to do the trick. I almost don't even need a touch up after having it on my face all day. I also found that dabbing on my eyelids keeps my eye shadow looking pretty decent after said day. I am afraid to try the foundation for fear that it may not go on as well but so far this product is helping me feel comfortable with giving it a trial run.

I did not use this as a primer- I simply tested it on my hand at the store. It feels very filmy and slightly tacky to the touch. It was enough for me to pass this one by. I can see how it might be helpful as a primer for skin that is aging- but I immediately thought about how it might feel to smile and feel that filmy layer on any part of my face where the wrinkles are starting. I can only compare it to how heavy starch sits on a shirt.

It took me awhile to actually find a powder because I had been using pencils to do my brows. After trying the Ardell powder I can't go back to using a pencil. I use the soft taupe for my brows- they are a light blonde and the color is perfect for blondes and would probably do well for some redheads. The product actually isn't like the picture on this page (if you click to this link it shows you the different packaging). It comes in a square box with a teeny brush to apply- I recommend getting your own regular size brush. Also I had acrylic nails and could not for the life of me open the container. I used the edge of my eyelash curler or tweezer. Even now with my own nails it is still a little tricky to open. Regardless, I love this stuff for my brows. The container will last you awhile as the powder stays on ALL day-comes off easily with makeup remover.

I bought the berriful trio thinking it contained at least one of the duos pinks. There is only one trio in pinks/berry and the company website recommends it for dark to medium skin (my skin tone is light)- I can't recall if the packaging reflected this info. The two darker colors seemed too close in color on this particular trio. I may actually purchase another one that is recommended for lighter skin tone to see if I may like it more than the berriful palette.

I love the eye shadow duos- the colors blend nicely and are matched together well. It's easier to apply when using a brush- I don't care to use the applicator that comes with the eye shadow.

I bought the mascara for blue-colored eyes and was not impressed. I didn't notice that it made any difference in brightening/accentuating my eyes. As well, it didn't give much volume and definitely did not add any length to my eyelashes. Since my eyelashes are blonde, mascara is a main staple in my cosmetic bag and is one of the more important products I use. I considered buying a different color to see if it would make any difference but I haven't done so yet. Not sure I want to dish out anymore money for something I found to be mediocre. It also seemed like the mascara did not last long in the tube. I do like some of covergirl's makeup and will continue to buy some of their products. I'm just not sure I want to invest in this one again.
