I have both Russian Navy and Midnight in Moscow, and they're both amazing colors. I wore Russian Navy on my toes for months, including on a trip to Japan. After Russian Navy, I switched to Midnight Moscow, which is dark but still has a lovely red shimmer. These are great colors for the winter, and will probably always be thought of as "classic" OPI colors. I'm glad I picked up my Russian Navy way back in July '07! However, I will say that if you don't put a top coat on (which, uh, I don't always do, especially on my toes), the pigment will rub off -- a lot of my socks have blue toes now, and when I was a temp with Russian Navy nails, there were a couple of client files with navy swipes from my nails. Ooops.

I've been testing this mascara out for the past several weeks, and it's a decent every day mascara. I do get watery eyes from allergies and strong fumes, and it does run/smear if I spill over (I'm not using the waterproof). However, it also washes off easily, so it's six of one, half a dozen of the other. Overall, I like it; don't know if I would buy it again, but it's definitely a very good mascara for the price, especially if you wear mascara every day.

I got this bronzer for free as a Sephora deluxe sample, but I'd heard good things for ages. I'm so glad I decided on it! I love that it doesn't make my face look dirty or orange and that it's in a small package (good things come in small packages!). If I actually run out of it (probably not likely, considering my bronzer collection/obsession), I'll definitely buy it. I recommend it!

I'm combo skin -- oily T-zone, dry cheeks. So while this hasn't totally cleared up my face 100%, I have noticed a difference in breakouts, etc. As in, I don't get them half as much as I used to. And because I've got combo skin, it's important that my cleanser doesn't strip out everything, either. The smell is nice, too -- the boyfriend loves it. Still, it's a little pricey, and it's not super-effective at taking off make-up; even tinted moisturizer has been left on my skin after an initial wash. (And if you use a thicker make-up, this totally won't do the trick.) I'm going to try something else next now that I'm almost done with my second bottle (!!), but I know that this is definitely a product I like.

I work evenings, and I go out after work a lot. So that means a lot of late nights for me when I'm just too tired to come home and wash my face properly. I've tried a bunch of different wipes/eye makeup remover pads, and these wipes are my favorites by far. Baby wipes dry me out, other pads make me break out. These don't upset my skin, and get all my makeup off after a long day (admittedly, I do not wear a ton of makeup on a daily basis, I'm usually just foundation, mascara and gloss.) Plus, the plastic lid means the wipes don't dry out, so if I don't wear makeup for a couple of weeks, they're still good to go. I'm taking a star off because sometimes I need a second swipe with the wipe to get everything off, but they're still by far the best wipes I've tried, and the perfect solution for me.

I spent four years living in Eugene, OR, one of the crunchiest places in the Pacific Northwest. And you would gather from that time that I would know that most of the time, all-natural deodorants don't work as well as the other kind. Alas. I thought I would give Jason's Lavender deodorant a chance since I was looking for a new deodorant anyway, and I love lavender. However, the scent (while very nice) just stays in the stick and doesn't apply to the skin even when it's first applied. About seven hours into the day of just working around the office, I can tell that it's not working. Luckily, no one ELSE can tell that it's not working, but I can and that's enough of a dealbreaker for me. I guess this means I have to go back to the store and try and find something else, because as much as I wanted this one to work (no aluminum! smells pretty like lavender!), it just doesn't do it for me.

I haven't tried all the bath bombs in the Lush repertoire, but since it was a Bath Bomb that first got me hooked on Lush, I thought I'd write about them today! I first picked up a Butterball just based on the scent-- I'm a vanilla freak, and most bath products don't come in it-- but my first bath with it was so great that I had to go back and get more. It's super moisturizing-- perfect for me who loves to have some dry skin damage control on hand-- and the scent isn't too overwhelming. This is my all time favorite bath product!

I am a huge Fresh fan, and I love Sugar Flirt -- sheer raspberry. It smells like lemon drops, which is a refreshing change from all of the vanilla or mint lip products. It's almost never out of my purse: it doesn't even get into a make-up bag anymore, let alone my full kit! I love it for updating my look from day to night if I'm dashing off from the office, but it would certainly work for daytime too because it's a nice sheer color. Totally one of my all-time favorites.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a huge Lush fan, and my bathroom is stocked with Lush stuff. That being said, I am not impressed by this conditioner AT ALL. I've been testing it for the past three weeks, and my baby fine hair has had flyaways (it never has them, unless I don't condition for a couple of days in a row,) and it's felt coarse and rough, but not with added body. The scent on first smell is great-- really lemon-y and fresh, but the top note fades extremely quickly on my hair and leaves it with a smoky/patchouli-esqe scent that I dislike. I've paired it with three different shampoos too, so I know it's not the shampoo/conditioner pairing that's causing the problems, it's just this conditioner. I'm glad I only bought the small bottle to test it.

This is the only makeup remover that I've bought twice! I tried the oil-free kind and it just didn't work as well as the moisturizing one when it came down to removing eye makeup. However, I do need to keep a tissue handy to blot off the oil!
