I was attracted to the large number of colors available, and Cover Girl has always been good to me. As soon as I applied it, my lips shriveled away. It reminded me of the time I put a semi-permanent henna product on my mouth and nearly lost my lips completely (that's how tiny they were). Don't waste your money on this. It's a bad dream!

Learn this now if you don't already know it: The sun is your skin's worst enemy. Neova's sunscreen is expensive, but I think it's worth the extra pennies ($46). It has an SPF of 43 (very strong) and is water-resistant (what else do you want)? The smell is like most other sunscreens, but it does dry to a nice matte, velvety finish. The best part? It claims to have "photodamage reversal." Some ugly brown spots appearing on my cheeks and forehead are disappearing with this. I can't afford NOT to buy it!

I don't like heavy color at all. One of the stains, "Je Ne Sais Quoi" leaves just a little hint of natural color, like you bit your lips or something. It's so moisturizing that I know my lips are being treated as well as colored. LOVE IT!

I hate to say it, but I couldn't love this. I couldn't even like this very much. It colored my lashes. There was no explosive volume or length added. I think there's more hype to this product than substance, a shame.

He likes clean-smelling products, and Dove has no "perfume" scent to turn men off. The shampoo leaves his hair full and soft; sometimes he will use a little extra conditioner to tame frizz or fly-aways, but all in all he continues to buy it (or, if he doesn't, I do).

I use this to clean my pores and exfoliate three or four times weekly. Don't forget that winter-whipped hands, elbows, and feet can use some TLC, too. I also work it into these parts before moisturizing and it seems more effective.

"Pinch Your Cheeks" gives a really natural, blushing look. But it sets quickly. You may need to mix it with a bit of moisturizer to manipulate it before it sets. It stays put all day and night long, longer than anything else I've used.

I have oily eyelids, and it's one of the few products I've tried which actually keep my eyeshadow in place without creasing. I love that it's available in different colors; sometimes I just swipe the primer on and it serves as my shadow. This is great stuff!
