I love this!

First, I wasn't a fan of Mark makeup when I first purchased it, but I think I just got a bad batch the first time. I am glad that I tried again because it has not disappointed me. The colors in this line are trendy and have a great glow. They bring a youthful shine to your face and there are not so many colors that you'll get confused as to which would look best for your skin tone. The coloration is subtle but smooth and looks natural. The best part is that it's affordable and it lasts for a long time. Definitely worth the money.

Conair Shiny Styles

A Loser in my book

I purchased this for my teenage daughter who was asking for a straightener. I thought that I would take the cheap route - bad idea. Even though this is supposedly less expensive then a lot of other straighteners keep in mind that if you bring something home and it doesn't work you've just wasted about $30 and you have a disappointed teen girl. Neither of these things are good. This product 1. Took too long to heat when we first bought it; never got hot enough to be effective; completely quit working after a few uses.

MAC Lipglass Pro Longwear Gloss Coat

Good Stuff, baby

This is a really good product, especially for those women that like shine on their lips. It gives you a deep shine and sparkle. I really do like the fact that my purchase went to help pay for AIDS research. That is a very good innovative marketing that made me purchase the product. Pros: does exactly as it is supposed to do; lasts a long time; gives lips a very clean sheen; feels nice; purchase price goes to charity. Cons: a bit pricy.

MAC Slimshine Lipstick

It's nice

This is a nice lipstick. I love how all the profit goes to AIDS research, first off, but I don't think that it would help much if the product wasn't a good product. Pros: it goes on easily and it looks nice. I purchased the color Frost and it has a very nice color. They have a variety of colors to choose from and you can get matte or gloss. They have a great display and the purchase goes for a great cause. You can change the entire look by adding a gloss to the top. Cons: The color doesn't last as long as it could, but it's not bad. It's a bit pricy.

Neutrogena Mineral Sheers for Eyes

Love this stuff!

This is a very good eye color with great color. It goes on easily and lasts for a long time. It's not quite as inexpensive as some others, but you do have to pay a bit more for a quality product at times. Not listed on here is the Nutrogena mineral sheers concealer... now this product is the best I've ever used. I highly recommend it.

Sephora Curling Mascara

Very Disappointing

I was told that this brand was one of the best. The product does not live up to what it says it will do. It's just another mascara - nothing special and definitely not worth the price they ask for it. It dried out in about three weeks. It doesn't come off as easily as some of the other mascaras. The first use is very good, but later it just starts clumping.

Listerine Whitening Quick Dissolving Strips

Horrible!

These are absolutely worthless. They might actually whiten the teeth if you could get them on. They don't come out of the package well. They clump and don't go on the teeth well either. The concept is good, but they don't have any kind of follow through. It wasn't worth fighting with the package to actually try and make them go on your teeth. The whitening pre-rinse works much better.

Avon ASTONISHING LENGTHS Mascara

Not as good as Mark

It's not a bad mascara. It does need to be replaced after a month, but you should replace your mascara regularly. I found the Mark product better. I did find this product better then the one I bought from Sephora, which was more expensive, so I expected more from it. This product is easy to remove; good quality; wore well; and was what was expected for the money.

mark Pop In Color Palette

Great concept. Good product.

The product is cute and it works. It's plus side is that the makeup doesn't break or crack and is protected; you can pick and chose colors for yourself and aren't limited to what the manufacturer believes is right; the case is made extremely well and will last for a long time; you can trade out colors for your wardrobe and take different colors with you. The negatives are that the little cases can be a bit hard to open. Personally, I prefer the other Mark cases where you can have the lip gloss, eyeshadow, and blush together. The flip cases are wonderful.

Avon Healthy Remedies Detox Patches

Hey! I like these!!!!

I've used these more than once and I happen to really like these. I've recommended them to friends and they had positive results too. They are less expensive then the ones you buy at Wal-Mart and they actually show you results. When I really needed them they took out more then when my body was clearer. I know one lady that bought them for her child that has some health issues. She liked them so much she even went back and ordered them for her husband because he insisted on having some. So: they actually work; they cost less than any other that I've found; and they are easy to use and give positive results.
