I've owned two of these. They're great at removing hair; They glide across your skin leaving it smooth and hairless. They don't leave any kind of irritation afterward. The problem is, with both the trimmers of this brand I've owned, when I opened up the blade assembly to clean it, it just fell apart into my hands. It's not at all obvious on how to put it back together, and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It's incredibly simple to flip the blade assembly open, not to mention necessary for cleaning after a while, you'd think they'd make it stay together or at least include instructions on reassembling it. The first time it happened I just figured it was bad luck, but when it happened the exact same way with my second one, I decided NOT to buy another one. There are similar products in the same price range that stay together when you open them up.
