This scrub works well if you use just a tad bit if you use too much it will break you out more and cause more irritation. I personally use just a little before every night during "aunt Flo's visit", to me this is not a product to be used everyday on a regular basis if you're getting older and your skin is changing. Use sparingly and it should be fine.

Mia 2 is a skin saver!

I am very acne prone and my skin is very sensitive, I also suffer with mild psoriasis and my skin can get really dry and scaly in certain areas and super oily in others. When I first bought this tool I wasn't convinced because when I used it my skin broke out and purged itself the first few times I used it. After about the third week my skin was clear and though I still have minor issues every once in a while this little wonder has changed the texture and the dynamic of my skin, I only use it three times a week and usually at night.
