I must admit, I got this product for free directly from Skinmedica. At $200 I wouldn't have tried it. I am a very young looking 45 year old, but my skin is a bit uneven and I get acne. When using this my skin was much more radiant and evenly toned. It also seemed to clear up acne redness much faster than with using nothing.
