Not surprising

Avon had a similar product out and it also didn't last & dried up fairly quickly. The amount of actual product you get with this type of "pencil" is questionable as they have to make the color watery enough that it will go through to the tip for application. I think the concept is good, but the technology is not up to par with what the product should deliver.
