Somehow Philosophy created the magic potion of a 3-in-1 product that is a superb shampoo, moisturizing body wash, and perfect bubble bath ingredient. The thick consistency feels very luxurious, and the vanilla birthday cake formula/flavor smells like the real deal! The only downside to using this product is it's ability to spark dessert cravings :)

This mousse worked wonders on my straight hair! It gave it an extra boost to make my long, layered hair look full and styled. Even after sleeping, my hair still held the volume and looked shiny without the product weighing it down! And the fresh, salon-worthy scent lasted all day long!

I've tried many different pencil and cream eyeliners, but this playful set from Smashbox combines the two into one easy-application cream pencil that glides on smoothly without tugging at the eyelid. The four colors (a black, a gold, a navy and a purple) are all surprisingly wearable and are a fun way to switch up your daily look! Due to its creamy formula, the eyeliner slide a little upon application, making it easy to add the exact desired amount of the product, but it also tends to slip throughout the day. I wouldn't recommend these pencils for long-lasting wear, but they are a great way to amp up a daytime look!

L'Oreal's Pro Manicure polish exceeded my expectations!! I was looking for a quick and cheap drugstore fix to my plain nails, and this product was the perfect way to add a subtle extra touch! The polish was really easy to apply, dried quickly (but not too quickly) and made my nails look professionally manicured!! I chose the color Sweet Chiffon, a pearly pink, and have been getting compliments on it all week! A few people have even asked me if my nails are real (they are)! The polish didn't chip for 5 days, even surviving multiple rounds of dishwashing--impressive! I wouldn't suggest selecting this product for a long-lasting professional manicure, but it's a great at-home polish. If you are willing to take the time to apply top coat a few days after, this nail polish provides excellent results!!

L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara
Careful application yields impressive results
For mascara fans like myself who often use the "zig-zag" application method known to be effective with large mascara wands, applying this mascara will be tricky at first. With its small and concentrated round wand, this mascara requires users to use a slow and careful application method. If you have the time and patience, the little wand can (as promised) reach every lash, even at the inner and outer corners of the eye. It does a great job separating lashes as long as it is applied slowly--otherwise they tend to clump together. In addition, I found that with each use of the mascara I became better at applying it. Overall, I would suggest L'Oreal's newest mascara to users who are willing to invest a few extra minutes in creating a separated-and-defined lash look.
