When I was in Basic Training, and we were allowed to purchase makeup for our pictures, one of my flight members recommended this mascara and said it worked great for her. So I bought it, and it looks great on me. It doesn't flake, and it does its job pretty well. Nothing stellar, but it makes my lashes and eyes look nice. I like it! Plus, it was featured in ALLURE MAGAZINE as a good cheapie. So... if you won't take my advice, take theirs! lol

This is a pretty decent product. It kept me dry and odor-free on average temperature days. But I noticed that when it'd get really hot, though I'd still be odor-free, I'd be sweating. So as a deodorant, it's good, but as an anti-perspirant, it could be stronger.

I personally didn't like it because the colors didn't work for my skin tone, and the tube is too skinny for my lips. Besides that, it may work well for someone else. So it wasn't really a "bad" product; just not for me.

This was the 1st product I ever bought due to a celebrity (Rihanna) advertising it. I figured: "Hey, it's Rihanna; she's the sh*t! Why not try it?". So months later I finally get it [because I kept forgetting about it], and so far I like it. I have the 'papaya splash' one and I love the smell. I like how the color goes on pretty sheer and gives my lips a sexy dewy shine without the stickiness. The only critique I really have is that I wish mine had more of a flavor to it, and sometimes the glitter feels a tiny bit gritty on my lips. But it's aight; not too much to complain about at such a great price.

It works pretty well. I haven't used it recently because my lips have been painfully dry lately due to the winter cold, but when my lips are normal, it's OK. The flavors aren't bad either. Still don't really know what makes it "natural" but hey, still a good product.

I don't like it. I thought it was the mentha flavor when I went to go buy it for the 1st time, but I forgot that the mentha came in a green tube and I didn't read this tube thoroughly enough (embarrasing, I know). But I figured, "hey, I bought it, might as well use it". Number one, I don't like the smell or the taste. Number two, the formula is too runny. And number three, it doesn't even work when your lips are really dry! The liquid just sits on top of my dry lips. A waste of money in my opinion.

When my lips were only slightly dry, this stuff was amazing! A little went a long way. But for the past few months, I've suffering from winter burn on my lips, and not even carmex could make it go away. It does temporarily soothe the dryness, but I thought it'd heal it. And what's ironic is that a month ago, a tiny painful bump started forming on my face, and I used the carmex on it, and it disappeared within three days! Yet I'm still stuck with these dry lips, and that's what I bought the carmex for. I need a solution!

When I went to the Mary Kay consultation, this was one of the products they had us try. It made my lips really soft and satiny. Too bad I didn't get a chance to order any.

This was the 1st mascara I have ever bought. Before I got it, I wasn't a mascara fan because I thought it was for girly girls. But I needed to buy some makeup for my senior prom last year, so when I went to the store, I made sure to look for products that would naturally enhance my beauty without making me look made up. When it came down to mascara, there were a lot of options. So I read the descriptions for all the ones under $15, and this one not only seemed to meet my requirements, but it was on sale too. So I bought it in "black brown" and wore to prom. I loved the way the mascara stayed on my lashes and made my eyes pop, so I continued to wear it all the way up until two months ago. In the winter cold, it seemed to dry out on lashes and irritate my eyes, so I replaced it with a mascara that had a creamier formula. I'd still recommend it though.

OK, y'all are probably gonna laugh at me, but oh well: I actually bought this because I needed change for the bus. I went to this beauty store called Essentials and saw the gloss and thought it was the CoverGirl Fruit Spritzers (I forgot it was called Fruit Spritzers), so I bought it. When I got home and tried it on, I realized it didn't taste like fruit (lol), so I thought for moment and that's when I realized I got the wrong one! But as far as the Shiny-licious gloss, it's ok... the only thing is that my lips have been extremely dry lately because of the cold weather so it hasn't really been my lips justice.
