The Best Eyeliner

This is by far THE BEST eyeliner!! Amazingly smooth that it looks like liquid. I was amazed at how easily it goes on and so flawlessly. It blends easily too to give a smoky eye effect which can be accomplished with the little blending brush on the other end of the pencil. Another plus is that it is good on my sensitive skin. I recommend this all the way!!!!
