In looking for a replacement for my now-discontinued Bobbi Brown sheer lipstick in Black Raspberry, I stumbled across this gem in Black Amethyst at an Ulta store. I could not be more thrilled with this product, moisturizes like crazy but doesn't slip off, looks natural but has the perfect amount of pigment, and best of all, the smaller-sized tube makes MUCH more sense to me than other brand's big lipsticks that I always get bored of before they even start to look like they've been used. The packaging is a little lacking considering the price tag, but a good lipstick in a plain tube is worth more to be than a bad one in a cute little case. While the price leans towards expensive, the quality is definitely worth it. I am most pleased with this product, my first purchase from the brand, and will definitely be going back for more shades.

I have Keratin-treated hair and was told to use sulfate-free hair products so I decided to try this. Pros: Perfect consistency. Did not weigh down my sister's thin hair but also nourished my thicker hair. Effective Packaging. Well-priced. Cons: The STENCH is horrible! Forced me to hold my breath, not the most relaxing shower experience. Does not leave hair as soft as other conditioners. Overall, a good effort by a mainstream brand to make a less chemical laden product, but if you're really looking for something hair-friendly, a trip to the beauty aisle at Whole Foods will serve you much better.
