The Advanced Face Firming Activator is the only Perricone product I've tried and found effective. It seems to do everything: clarify, heal, firm, lift and moisturize a LITTLE. I alternate nightly with Tazorac and within two weeks noticed significant improvement.

Whenever my skin can't decide what it needs, this is the product to feed it for a month or so. The serum gently moisturizes, exfoliates, brightens and normalizes aging/damaged/oily/blemished skin. It's the best thing I've found for getting rid of milia. Would buy it more often but the packaging is a problem. The pump tends to fall apart, the glass vial is larger than, say, skinsceuticals, and the glass itself is thin, so for travel one must decant the product, which can get a little messy. Wish it came in smaller size or better bottle!

I'd always thought cleansing pads were a waste - of materials, money. They just seemed silly to me. Then I read a review of the Neutrogena Microderm Cleansing Pads and they sounded like they were worth a try. HOLY cow! Within a few days my face was noticeably smoother and clearer. I normally use a combination of cleansers to accomodate a face that's got everything going on - aging, sun damage, sensitivity, blackheads, breakouts - and this product addresses everything. Just as important, it doesn't interact badly with any prescription products I use. HGx10.
