  • Sally Hansen Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Body

The best way to use this is to cut it into very small strips. If you use a large strip, it don't seem to grab all the hairs. The small strips work great on facial hair as well, just press hard and warm strip with fingers before yanking off. It's especially great for baby fine hair. It could leave a couple thick short ones behind, which I just tweeze. Do little sections at a time and you'll have perfect results.

    Kiehl's Creme de Corps

    works great but not aesthetic

As with most Kiehl's original products, this one looks and smells poor. It does work great, but was slightly on oily side and had to rub a lot to get it to sink into my skin. I will use this only in the winter time on my legs so that the smell won't bother me too much. Their limited edition scented lotions are better fomulas, colorless and smell delicious.

  • Kiehl's Nurturing Baby Cream for Face and Body

This creme was very oily for me, didn't sink into skin no matter how much I rubbed, and was on the runny side. I expect tube cremes to be thicker, and this was more like a lotion and it should be in a pump or bottle. It comes out very shiny, but it looks very plain, and for a simple looking lotion, I'd rather buy a drugstore brand than this. It's not worth the high price.

  • Tweezerman No-Slip Skin Care Tool

    Tweezerman No-Slip Skin Care Tool

Thanks for selling to the public

I'm glad that this tool that dermatologists use is also available for us. I use it only once is a while in case of emergencies when I really need to extract my pores or acne. It could be dangerous for people who are obsessed to squeeze, but at least it's better than them using their fingers. I sterilize mine in rubbing alcohol after every use to make sure. I wish the wires were flatter and thinner to make the angle even closer to lay to the skin surfaces.

  • Clinique Rinse-Off Eye Makeup Solvent

This removes eye make-up effectively, but so does L'Oreal, Almay, and many other drugstore brands. It does smell nice, but the packaging is not convenient for when you are in a hurry to remove make-up (or in my case, dead tired at night) and you have to struggle with the slippery cap and wide mouth top that can pour out too much. It sits pretty on my sink, but it's not worth the price. The formula is very simple with only a few common ingredients, and it's mostly water, it really costs pennies to make it. They are robbing you on this one.

  • Clinique High Impact Mascara

Don't even consider buying this one. You can get a drugstore brand that does the same job. It just gives you a clean, natural look with separated lashes, without clumps. It maybe OK for blond lashed gals to just darken their lashes, but for most people who want thick, voluminous lashes, this won't do anything.

  • Too Faced Eye Shadow Base

I like this eyeshadow base compared to others because it's very shimmery and you apply with your finger. The tube types with wands are difficult to control the amount, and they are usually too light in color. Also the matte finish means that you have to apply eyeshadow to every part where the base was applied. With this pearly base, it's good enough even to wear alone, or use it as a highlighter. It's not crease proof, but it's okay since it's worn mostly for evenings, not really a daytime work look (because of the high shimmer).

  • Clinique High Definition Lashes Brush Then Comb Mascara

The comb style on one end is my favorite side, although it doesn't beat Lash Stylist mascara's comb. It gives you a clean separated look that's natural, not a thick dramatic effect. The formula is clean and glossy, it is just an okay mascara for me.

  • OPI Nail Lacquer
    8.0

    OPI Nail Lacquer

    Few improvements needed

The color selection is excellent, especially the matte shades. The pigment could be darker, since I like to layer 2 thin coats, and this sometimes doesn't give me enough coverage that I have to do 3 thin coats. Topped with a clear coat, this lasts me a week of wear. The longer wider brushes are much easier and quicker to paint with. The bottle shape is kind of slippery, I prefer square bottles for easier grip. The wide brush handle is nice and ergonomic though. The formula doesn't smell as strong as cheaper drug store brands do.

  • Clinique All About Eyes

This creme didn't absorb into my skin that well, kind of just sat on top. It's slightly oily, so it's moisturizing but it didn't diminish lines or reduce puffiness. I use this instead to moisturize dry areas around my mouth, which works wonderfully, eliminating dry flakes. I will not buy another jar again, I don't know what the hype is about. Maybe you need very dry skin around eyes to work.
