This is such a waste! The 'soap' (whatever it's officially called) around the razor itself is gone in 5 - 6 shavings and then you're left with this weird razor jutting out from plastic scaffolding (that held the 'soap' in place). On a typical disposable razor, I can DEFINITELY get wayyyy more than 5 - 6 uses out of it before it needs to be replaced! What a waste of money! I can buy a multi-pack of my favorite disposable razors (Schick Slim Triple Disposables) for a LOT less. 'Tho, thankfully I've never purchased one of these (I've researched the price). They've just shown up in my mailbox as full size samples. More on performance; even when the razor is brand new it's awkward to shave with. When I'm comfortable with a razor (typically your 'stick' type, disposable razors), I can get a groove going and shave pretty fast without nicks and cuts. But, with this gargantuan thing, you HAVE to go way slow around your ankles and knees to prevent injury. Let's not even talk about using it to shave underarms. Definitely awkward! As for closeness, I dunno. I suppose it shaved okay as far as closeness goes, but what's the point when other razors can do a better job for less money? No, I would not recommend this product.

It may be just the color I bought, but, this lipstick is too sheer for me. Everything else about it is pretty good - feels good going on, not drying, not thick, no taste to it. Just not a lot of color, and, I tend to prefer color. I probably should try another color because I really like Hard Candy and am very impressed with their line and their prices. I will update my review if I try another color and find the color pigmentation to be better. That being said, I would probably recommend this lipstick, but make note of saying it's rather sheer.

I am so impressed with this primer! I came thisclose to buying Too Faced Primed & Poreless, which I actually preferred over Bare Escentuals Prime Time after comparing both. That screams tons because I am a BE (Bare Escentuals) girl! BUT, the $30 cost for Too Faced's tube sent me searching elsewhere. I did a google search for primer reviews and happened upon a blog positively reviewing Hard Candy Sheer Envy Cosmetic Primer and figured for the price (only $8) and the one positive review; I'd risk trying it after buying it. So worth the try! Goes on silky smooth, it's soft, it's weightless. Makes my makeup glide on effortlessly and my skin look smooth! HUGE APPLICATION TIP: I've noted some reviewers saying this is greasy, I've found that ALL primers can separate in their containers. Just give the tube a shake before applying! Otherwise, you may be applying an uneven amount of the ingredients of a primer and experience oiliness either upon application or later in the day. Definitely would recommend again and again!!

I really appreciate an inexpensive line of cosmetics. And, it's hard to find an inexpensive line that you can respect too. ELF is one of those inexpensive lines that I respect, but, I just don't like this blush. It isn't pigmented enough for my liking and it had too much shimmer in it. *Almost* looked like I had glitter on. I returned the product. Probably best for teens.

Of course this isn't the best mineral foundation out there. Foundation, especially mineral based ARE indeed one of those items where price really does make a difference. That being said, I will continue to buy this, unless I find another brand that is inexpensive and works better (I have already tried a few other inexpensive ones & did not like them). Due to the cost involved to buy a great mineral foundation (and I will NEVER use any other type of foundation ever again!), I reserve my 'good' mineral foundation (that costs bigger bucks) for special occasions (about 1-2 times per week) and the rest of the time I use this one (E.L.F. Mineral Foundation). I lucked out and found the set that came with an application brush. It is light in formula, you do need to build it up a bit on trouble spots (would benefit with use of a concealer prior to application of foundation), you'd really have to add many layers to get a chalky look, so that's very easy to avoid, feels 'clean' on, no smell that I could detect (I've seen some reviews for some mineral foundations claim they have a bad odor). I would recommend this product.

This review is for the Burt's Bee's Baby Bee, Buttermilk Lotion, but the product by itself is not available for review on totalbeauty. When I first heard about this product, it sounded so good! I really wanted to like this product. I actually hunted this product down at a store not very near me just to find it. That's how excited I was to try it. Since (at the time) it was kinda hard to find, I bought like 2-3 bottles. And, of course, I ended up not liking the product. So, had to muddle my way through using up all the bottles (didn't want to drive far yet again to return them). The ingredients are pretty good, all but the bees wax. Just way too waxy for me. Add it to the list of items that fit the description "if it sounds too good to be true, it is".

This, in conjunction with the matching conditioner leaves my hair and scalp feeling 'dirty'. That's the best way I can describe it. Not greasy, not oily, just 'dirty'. Sorry, can't describe it any better than that. It's not really very moisturizing, either. At least not for me. I'm too cheap to give away the bottles (they're BIG), so I'm continuing to use it up. I'll use it only about once a week because I dislike it so. It's taking me a lonnnng time. Can't wait for both the shampoo and conditioner to be empty! Would not purchase again. Would not recommend.

Rusk Sensories Calm Guarana & Ginger Nourising Shampoo did NOT calm or nourish my hair!! Even with the Guarana & Ginger! No wonder the long name; it's short on delivery! I've read a few of the other reviews by users with thick, curly hair, who've said they loved it, but not this thick, curly, dry-haired girl! It actually dried my hair out even more! After using this shampoo and thoroughly rinsing it out, it actually made my hair tangly! Needless to say this did not make me feel calm, but stressed (tress stress!) Another downfall is that it extremely burned my eyes without getting ANY product in them! Made me wish I was using my kids' tear-free shampoo! I also had to laugh at the comment on the bottle about the formula; Rusk says they feature "CFT Technology - Compressed Formula Technology". Um, hello? Do you mean CONCENTRATED? Duh! Nice trying to sound advanced! The only thing this shampoo has going for it is that it does smell nice. No, I will not be buying this again. No, I would not recommend to a friend. Yes, I would recommend to an enemy.

Love, love, love this stuff! BUT (isn't there always a but, lol), the cost ($40) per bottle stopped me from giving it a 10 star rating. The bottle is too small for the cost and, for the recommended frequency of use, you'll fly through it so it's cost prohibitive. In this economy (& I think we've learned even in a good economy), gone are the days of purchasing a product at any cost, just because it's good and/or we love it (that's not really smart at any time). It's just plain over-priced. Would love to see the company value their customers by lowering the cost (permanently). Back to the product - - which I used as a leave in product - - it's moisturizing without being oily, gives definition to my curls without weighing them down, 'tho I do have naturally curly, dry hair so, YMMV. And the scent? HEAVENLY!
