I've used this product once with mixed-negative results. My hair is wavy and frizzy and this product seemed like a good option. I followed the directions and my hair became much more smooth looking, and the waves became more uniform and less frizzy. It also smells quite fresh and the smell isn't too overpowering. Unfortunately, it only looked and smelled nice. My hair was practically hard to the touch and upon applying pressure it crunched.
