I've been using this body cream for about 10 years, off and on. I use it pretty much every winter because my skin gets so dry and regular lotions don't keep my skin moisturized long enough. My favorite scent is the toasted warm vanilla sugar (they change the name every few years, but it's always has something with 'vanilla sugar' in the title). I also like the birthday cake one, although I haven't seen that one in about 4 years so they might have stopped making that one. Anyways, this cream is very thick (which I happen to love, I mean you are buying a body cream so it's going to be thicker than a regular body lotion). I'll put this on in the mornings and then at night right before bed, and it keeps my skin nice and hydrated. I have very sensitive skin and have never had an issue with this brand causing a negative reaction. When my skin gets itchy (like when I haven’t used this in a few days and my skin is super dry), I’ve found that this cream is pretty soothing. It works fast and you can feel it soaking in right away. It’s also not greasy at all, so that’s a plus. I actually prefer this body cream over Bath and Body Works body cream, and it's 1/3 the price so you really can't beat that. My hands get really dry and painful during the winter as well, so I use it multiple times throughout the day on my hands. I make sure I’ve got a stash of it at home, in my car, and at work so I don’t have to deal with that annoying dry skin feeling. I've even caught my husband using it a couple of times-he says he loves the smell and it's hard to find a "manly" body cream so this is the next best thing for him. All around a really good product for a great price!

I recently moved from dry California to humid Boston. My skin didn't like the move too much, and started breaking out terribly with cystic acne. It was so painful and embarrassing- the cysts were huge and painful even if I wasn't touching them. I've never really had an issue with acne like this before, so I didn't know what to do. I went online and found this brand. It's seriously life changing. Within just a few days of using it I could tell the cysts were going down, and within a week my husband even commented on how nice my skin was looking (that's HUGE, because he's a typical guy and rarely notices stuff like that). I've been using it for about 2 months now. Not only did this stuff clear the acne up, but it also made my skin feel smoother and more radiant. My self-confidence is back and I'm so glad I found this brand. It's all amazing and I would recommend this to anyone with troublesome acne.

I use this product in conjunction with Got2b Smooth Operator Lustre Lotion. It leaves my hair very soft, smooth, and with a healthy shine. I should add that I do not use it with my flat iron, I only use it when I'm blow drying my hair. I don't need to flat iron my hair often, and when I do I've already used this spray before while I was blow drying it, so for me it's not necessary to use it twice. That may be why another reviewer had an issue with it making her hair crunchy-because it was already dry. At any rate, as a blow dry protectant product this stuff is great. I use this product on the top layer of my hair and then flip my hair to get some of the underside, and then use the Got2b Lotion for all the hair. Together they are a magical combination for me :). The smell is nice and light, not chemically like some heat protectants I've used in the past.

I like to use this product in conjunction with TRESemme Platinum Strength Strengthening Heat Protectant Spray...they work really great together for my hair, leaving it smooth, super soft, and with a healthy shine. I left my hair air dry for about 20 minutes, then I use the TRESemme product first on the top layers of my hair. I use about two pumps of the Got2b Smooth Operator next and distribute it throughout all of my hair pretty evenly, but I'll usually put a little extra on my ends since I do have some split ends and my ends usually need extra attention. I then blow dry my hair on a medium setting until it's completely dry, then go back and flat iron the areas that are wavy/curly. With this product I have noticed that I have less fly-aways, less frizz, and my hair is overall more manageable. Some of my best hair days have been while using this combination. Also, I like the smell- it's kind of sweet but the scent doesn’t stick to your hair for long so if the smell bothers you, know it will go away. Plus you can't beat the price!

I have tried a handful of dry shampoos, and all of them left me very disappointed and annoyed. I love NYM's Smooth Moves Frizz Control Hair Cream (which is awesome, btw), so when I saw this at CVS I decided to give dry shampoos one more chance...and I am sure glad I did! This stuff is great. I try and go 3days between washing my hair (my hair is in a bun all day so it doesn't get too dirty) , and this product helps me make it into the 3rd day. By the end of day two, my roots will be a little oily so before I go to bed I'll spray throughout my part and along my hair line so my hair feels refreshed before I go to bed (I hate going to bed with dirty-feeling hair so this helps me from feeling like I have to wash my hair that night), and then in the morning I'll spray it on all of my roots and I'm good to go. I can brush it immediately and finish styling my hair like normal. If you hold it too close to your hair it will leave a white residue; if that happens just run a brush through it a couple of time to distribute it throughout the area. I don't find the smell to be bad at all, although hair product scents don't usually ever bother me so maybe I just don't notice it. I was buying more yesterday and saw that CVS now carries a travel size of this stuff...perfect for the gym if you do a light workout and didn't sweat too much but still want to feel refreshed!
