My face was breaking out like you wouldn't believe, just all of the sudden, so I decided to try Clinique's 3-step and it cleared up my skin within 1 night! Obviously I didn't get full results in one night, but my skin had improved. I am still using it with the foaming face was and moisturizing gel, and I continue to see improvements in my skin. My consultant was great, she asked me a bunch of questions about my skin, (dry, oily, sensitive etc.) and figured out which 3 products were right for me. I am so pleased with the results, and would recommend it to everyone! (only bad thing, it doesn't smell very good)

I'm fairly pale, not ghostly, but still pale. So, naturally, its hard to find foundations that don't make me look orange. When the lady put this on me at the store, in fluorescent lighting, it looked like my skin tone. But I noticed after a few weeks of using it, (when I looked in the mirror in front of a window AKA natural lighting) that it made me look a bit orange. I know that this is just because the foundation is a bit too dark for me, because its definitely not an orange foundation on other people. The sad thing is, I got the lightest shade! The coverage though, its amazing! I keep wanting to reach for that foundation, but i stop myself. I have to wait until I get a tan!

if you only use eyeliner on the waterline, then this may not be the best for you. it stays on pretty well, but not all day. however, if you wear your eyeliner underneath your waterline, (lashline) then this is perfect for you. it stays on all day and it won't smudge. the color won't fade either!

The brush is nothing special. I use Quo's eyeshadow brush instead. but the shadows? awesome! they have great staying power and go on the color you see in the palette. I would recommend using a primer on your lids first, but you don't have to. they can be a tad ashy, but its still amazing =) This palette is perfect for anyone who wants an inexpensive, yet great quality eyeshadow palette!

The claim for this mascara is that it will "double" the volume. But I don't use this mascara if I want volume. I use it for length. It does a really good job of lengthening your lashes. But don't be expecting a false lash look, because its not super thick. Its great to pair with a volumizing mascara, for volume and length!

this was my first eyeshadow base, so I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I definitely think that this is a great eyeshadow base. Before, I didn't use anything underneath my shadows, and noticed that they would start to crease and lose their color throughout the day. So, I bought a eyeshadow based and noticed a huge difference. Now, the colors go on (and stay on) true to their color. No creasing!

Just to clarify; I have an older version of this eyeshadow, but its still the same thing just different packaging. -blends nicely -decent pigmentation -smooth matte finish I like it, I don't find myself reaching for it a lot, but only because I have it in a dark grey and I tend to wear lighter colors on my eyes. overall, its a nice matte eyeshadow.

Okay, so this summer, I bought my first department store foundation. I was super excited and when I got home and tried it I loved it. The coverage was amazing and made my skin look great. The thing I didn't realize, is that it was waaaayy to dark for me. It makes me look orange. The lady at the counter wasn't helpful at all (I bought it while visiting cousins in Calagary) she didn't even help me find the right shade. So I guessed. Its about 3 shades too dark! I'm trying to lighten it up with other foundations. But thats just my personal story. Its really a great foundation as long as you get the right shade!

I have combination oily skin. My skin gets super dry if I don't use a moisturizer, but I still get a bit oily in my T-Zone. This powder helps alot with those oily spots, and I found that I can just use Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel underneath it and get pretty good coverage. I wouldn't recommend using the sponge it comes with if you're also wearing concealer and liquid foundation because it could end up looking bit cakey. Instead, use a brush. Overall, I think its worth the money, and I will definitely repurchase it.

Finally a liquid eyeliner, that is easy to apply, stays on and has a beautiful thick brush! Personally, I hate those thin little liquid eyeliner brushes you get with other brands, but this one has a thick brush which is perfect for a winged look. I always use this when I go on stage ( dancer ) and it stays on through all the sweat, ( I know its gross ) and doesn't move until I take the makeup remover to it!
