Physicians Formula Pearls of Perfection Multi-Colored Blush

Couldn't live without...

I absolutely have to say- if I was stranded on a desert island with a gorgeous man- this is definately one product I'd be sure to have with me. I bought two different shades (a pearly pink & an earth tone brown) and I wear one of them every day.Sometimes I like to get all dressed up and wear alot of make-up, but most days I don't have the time and this product allows me to be quick in the a.m. I just sweep it across my cheekbones and it looks flawless. It works as a color, a skin brightener and a shimmery highlighter. It instantly makes my face look brighter and highlights the spots I put it just enough... it doesn't look too shiny or too much shimmer and on the other hand you don't have to keep re-applying to get the right effect. I actually had someone whom I saw once every two weeks make a comment to me about my skin before. She asked me if I had been doing anything different because my skin looked especially good, she said I was "glowing" and it was this blush! I couldn't go anywhere without it. One of my all-time favs. Hands down.

Physicians Formula Plump Palette Plumping Lip Color

Plumping lip color...

I really love these colors, they all look so beautiful- no matter what color skin you have! Also, it never feels dry on your lips- it's smooth and brightens your face instantly. Physicians Formula is one of my favorite brands to use actually, and I only discovered their products a couple years ago! But ever since I bought that first "Marilyn Monroe" translucent powder compact- I've been a fan ever since. PF always has nifty, cool little compacts & cases that their products come in, and this case is no different. It comes complete with mirror & lip brush. I'm not sure if it's the tone of colors they have provided or the way it looks on lips, but it does seem to appear like your lips are full and almost pouty. I wouldn't say there is a huge, major difference everyone will notice, but it does seem to fill out the lips and highlight certain spots to make the mouth "appear" plump.

Aveeno Positively Smooth Facial Moisturizer

Average lotion, but didn't minimize the appearance of anything...

I bought this product on a whim one day-- only because it said it "minimizes the appearance of unwanted facial hair" and I am Italian and I have some soft little hairs above my lip, it's not really noticeable but in certain lights and profile view, I feel that you can see it more because they are dark. So I figured since they are thin, almost baby-like hairs (as opposed to thick, long, black hair) that it would really help to reduce the appearance... I used it every morning for a few weeks, maybe even more than a month, with hope that it would build up and begin to work, thinking maybe it just takes a bit to notice any change? maybe it will stop the growth of new hairs? maybe it's somehow produces the illusion of light or no facial hair?-- but alas, there was no change. And I still have 1/4 of a bottle still sitting in my medicine cabinet waiting to be pumped empty and thrown out. Other than that, the lotion smells good... I don't recall having any problems with it or really disliking it for any major reasons. But if you're hoping it will minimize the appearance of unwanted facial hair- I think I would spend my money on another product first, and give something else a try.

Nivea Renewal Night Creme

Soothing smell, feels wonderful before bed...

I really really love this creme. It smells soo good, and smelling it while I'm laying in bed actually helps me to sleep. After a long day & a warm shower, this night creme makes me feel fresh and ready for sleep. I smell wonderful after using it, and it leaves my skin so soft and moisturized, which I love... and I think my boyfriend might appreciate it just as much too! :)

Olay Night of Olay Firming Cream

A good "house-hold" brand...

I specifically bought this brand of night cream, because my mother has been using Olay soaps, creams, and face lotions & moisturizers since as far back as I can remember- and at 50, her skin is FLAWLESS. I was never a big daily "night cream" user before, but this night cream seems to keep my skin the way I would like to keep it as long as possible: looking young, fresh and firm. There is however just one thing I do dislike about it... the way it feels going on your skin. I know there are a few previous reviews before mine that feel the cream is completely non-greasy, but for me it takes several minutes for it to feel not as heavy on my skin. So, it is a bit "greasy" when being applied, but if you rub it in well, after a few minutes- it makes your skin feel very soft and smooth.
