I really don't see what the buzz is about this product. I've given this product a try more than once and still can't find any redeeming qualities about it. I understand that it's labeled a "tinted moisturizer", but you might as well leave the "tinted" out because it provides zero coverage or ability to even out skin tone. You'd be better off just applying a regular moisturizer. The color gives my face a very white-cast, which I'm sure can be due to the SPF in the formula. Then the product doesn't even set, it remains damp on your face, unless you set it with powder, which in my opinion depletes the purpose of an "apply and go" tinted moisturizer. Laura Mercier is an amazing brand with great quality products, but this one with always leave me scratching my head.

I deal with the occasional pimple here and there, and was looking for a spot treatment with more natural ingredients. Know that the Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil is not pure TTO, it's a smaller concentration of it with loads of other ingredients. Regardless, I still tried the product and did not have any positive results. The formula did not make my skin break out any more (thank goodness), but it did not clear up any spots faster than usual.

Yes, I'll admit the cute packaging pulled me in, but I definitely won't be repurchasing. I purchased the peach color, because it seemed the most universal -- something I could carry around all day and reapply. It goes on really smooth, has just a light hint of color, but I didn't find these to be particularly moisturizing like they claim. And it definitely did not improve my lips. If anything it almost made them dryer (think when you let a cheap lip gloss dry naturally on your lips). For a "moisturizing" treatment, I'd go with any regular drugstore lip balm (chapstick, burts bees) and then if you want color, go with a lip gloss or lip stick.

These lip balms are a win-win. The packaging is cute and effective, and the formula is great. I purchased the Honeydew flavor and loved the way that the sphere just shapes to your lips. I threw it away before I completely finished it, just because the product can get a little icky when it starts to flatten out. But other than that, it's a nice alternative to regular lip balms.

Foundation is the one item above all other makeup that I'm willing to splurge on...that is, if it's different from anything else and produces amazing results. I had never tried out chanel makeup before (it's waaay too expensive), but I was on the hunt for a new foundation for everyday wear, that wasn't too heavy, or makeup-y looking (if that makes sense). Since the foundation is water-based, it feels amazingly hydrating on the skin. The formula is almost gel-like and is very easy to apply and blend. The coverage is light, but I loved the way it end effect is that you look like you have perfected skin, rather than you're wearing a good foundation. I loved the light scent to this (kind of floral-y)! The color range is not great, but because the foundation is sheer, several different skin tones can wear one of the shades and get away with it. Upon first application I absolutely loved this, I was thinking "holy grail" for sure! Sadly, if I wore this foundation for more than 4 hours or so, it oxidized horribly!!! I'm talking oompah loompah face. It looked even worse when I was in the sun. I went back to the counter and exchanged for a lighter shade, and unfortunately experienced the same results. Do your online research; many other users experienced the same thing. It could have been a combination of the type of moisturizer or setting powder I used, but for near $50 for a foundation, I shouldn't have to play "guess and check" with the rest of my makeup to see if the foundation "plays nicely with others". I returned the product and am currently back to the drawing board. :(

I've tried a few high-end deep conditioners, but I guess I have unrealistic expectations on what they should do, because I haven't been extremely pleased with any of them. I heard a lot of praise about this product online and for less that $4, I decided to give it a try. This isn't a miracle product, but when used correctly, it will definitely make your hair softer, a little less frizzy, and it will feel more moisturized. The scent is much like a pina colada. I enjoyed it, but it may be off-putting to some people. I also loved the packaging of this product - very unique!

This is a great hairspray that smells amazing, gives a flexible hold and texture to your hair, and doesn't leave it crunchy. Some might argue that it doesn't have enough hold, but that's not what I'm looking for in a hairspray. I've gone through about 3 bottles of this and will always go back to it!

I finally gave in purchased the beauty blender about a year ago. I love that it's a multi-purpose tool. After using it for foundation application for a while, I found that I was having to constantly wash it, and decided to use it specifically for applying my undereye concealer. It soaks up extra product so you don't end up with any creases. it also helps with seamlessly blending any concealer I apply to spots or blemishes on my face. It holds together nicely, as I wash it on a weekly basis. I've tried the generic brand of this sponge from Sephora, and it just wasn't the same. It was a harder texture and broke apart only after a month of use. If you want this product, get the better value and go for the 2-pack.

It's a bit difficult to give a rating to the entire line of MAC eyeshadows. There are dozens of colors and many finishes. Some of my all time favorite eyeshadows are from this line (satin taupe, all that glitters, carbon, woodwinked, and sketch, to name a few) but there are also some that are just bad, Bad, BAD. They're few and far between, but trust me, they're out there, with poor pigmentation, chunky glitter, and and overall poor quality. Do your homework.

I purchaed a full-size of this product, but that was it. It's a very average product. I don't mind splurging on beauty items, but if you can get the same or even better quality at the drugstore for a fraction of the price, then go for it!
