Studio Gear Invincible Gel Cream Eye Color

Started out promising but disappointing in the end...

I'm desperate for a liner that doesn't smudge on outside corners of eyes. This liner is a huge improvement but besides smudging a bit after 6 hours, it flaked big time below my eyes and the flakes for very difficult to wipe away. I'm returning for a refund and moving on to try something different. Very disappointed :(
