At first I thought this conditioner would be good. It had a pleasant smell out of the bottle and felt good on my hair. Then, even after emphatic rinsing, the smell lingered like a halo and gave me a headache. I was willing to put that aside if it performed well, thinking I'd get used to the scent. However, as my hair air-dried, at first it felt silky...and then it dried more and felt heavy, weighed down, and...just weird. I could actually feel that a coating of some kind had been put on my hair - it left it feeling like a weird liquid plastic. I know some people like this stuff, but I honestly can't think of a single hair type this conditioner would be good for.

This shampoo smells decent, if a little strong. It lathers up nicely and washes out easily. There was no improvement to the condition of my hair and I did start to notice that after several washes, it felt like it was building up in my hair.

While this conditioner gave me some mild conditioning, I had to use copious amounts to get even that. The smell was all right - a bit on the perfumey side, but not as bad as most herbal essences lines. My sister loves this line, but she has very fine, pin-straight, semi-oily hair. Mine is thick, coarse, and dry. I would not recommend this if you need a a lot of conditioning, because it's just not enough.

An okay shampoo. Nothing special. Not great. Didn't make my hair feel especially clean and refreshed, nor did it make my hair soft or moisturized. It's kind of just there.

I use this as my default bubble bath because if I'm taking a bath, either I'm sick or my muscles are sore. The scent is really relaxing but not over-powering, the formula doesn't leave my skin greasy OR dried-out feeling, which happens with a lot of bubble bath formulas I've tried. It's very relaxing and smells nice. My husband also likes it for his bath when he's got a cold, too. Also? It doesn't irritate my skin at all.

This conditioner just wasn't intense or creamy enough for my thickish, dry hair. It's definitely not the worst I've used, but it surely didn't deliver.

No. I returned this to the store and demanded a refund. (Thank God I had my receipt.) I had high hopes for this conditioner and was SUPER disappointed. This conditioner sucks utterly. It did NOTHING for my hair. Even my husband was disturbed by how rough and dry my hair was after using this. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. At all.

I love this shampoo. I've been looking for "the perfect shampoo" for my hair forEVER and this is the best I've ever tried. It leaves my hair clean, soft, and smelling great without build-up. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because about once a week, I still have to use Vo5 body building shampoo to get rid of any extra product or sweat from my workouts. But still the best shampoo I've ever used.
