This is by far the most spectacular, translucent yet sparkly, eye enhancement I've ever seen! I use it alone on the upper eyelid below the brow and it makes my eyes pop. It can also be used atop eye shadow on any area of the eye for ultimate shimmer. I will never be without this wonderful product.
