Jane Nearly Foundation Tinted Moisturizer

wasnt sure at first

I've tried a lot of foundations, but this one I really like. It's a tinted moisturizer so it's not a heavy foundation, and the texture is so smooth and creamy. Great value. Good SPF coverage too, I will buy it again!

Jane Summer Glow Gel Bronzer

Nice alternative to powder bronzer

I bought this stuff when it was buy one get one free at the drugstore, along with the nearly foundation. I like them both! The gel is easy to use and really blends into the skin well for a natural tan glow. It has a slight shimmer to it as well.

Maybelline New York Shadow Stylist

needs a better applicator

The colors are nice, but the applicator causes uneven deposit of powder. I really like the color "Elegant Pearl" though, it's a lot like Smashbox "Butter". To tackle the application, I press it lightly onto my lids with the wand, then smudge with my finger, and lightly go over that with a brush. It turns out pretty after all that!

CARGO Eye Shadow Palette

gritty

I have this is Paradise Island, mostly I bought it because the colors looked pretty and I liked the name. However, I am a little disappointed because the texture of the shadow is kind of gritty, where I like fine powder eyeshadow like Smashbox or Victoria's Secret Very Sexy. I think it's alright, but overpriced for the quality.

Sephora Colorful Duo Eyeshadow

I have it in number 4. The cream shadow is light pink with some shimmer, I use my finger to put it on and it goes on very nicely and smoothly. After a few hours it slightly creases, but just use your finger to spread around what remains and it still looks good. The powder shadow is a light beigey-gold, with golden flecks. This is a nice neutral gold to wear everyday. I wear the colors separately, but both are awesome!

Revlon Colorstay Mineral Eye Shadow

very nice

I have this in the smoky quartz color, the two light shades are neutral and great for everyday. the darkest color works well as a liner. Most mineral eyeshadows come in loose powder form but this pressed mineral powder is great because it's so easy to use! I really like this product.
