Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Big Shot Mascara

Smudges and flakes within an hour

Within an hour this mascara smudged and flaked, even though on the packaging it said “8 out of 10” said this was smudge and flake free. Adds a little volume but I have to curl my lashes and use a primer first, then apply this mascara. I was highly disappointed in this mascara. To make things worse, I bought the “waterproof” version thinking it would be truly smudge and flake free. That wasn’t the case. D:
