Good stuff. bought it along with another Avon Advance Technique product. does certainly smooth and seems to protect --but it doesn't truly defrizz the way "Frizzease" does . may be more useful thick frizzy or curly hair that a person wants to smoothe. wanted healthier looking and feeling hair. me only,( have slightly below shoulder length curly/frizz hair which is not thick) use a tiny .This may be different for different users.

have difficult hard to tame hair... had thought it was dry, but this product woked best at softening and ant-frizzing -so that was what was needed :-)

no longer use any hair coloring products, but did like this . did not drip, and the Bark Brown was perfect . didn't want any red in my hair, and this was a lovely darkish ash brown color without red and yet not too dark or unnnatural-looking.

I have curly/frizzy hair, which breaks very easily. It's not even real thick--just looks that way because it flys around and gets static-y. This is a light to medium creamy conditioner and has a soft pleasant scent to it. The directions say to use after all the other products (washing, conditioning,serum(Frizz-Ease)and spray if you use one(I don't), so that's when I use it so far I don't usually use it on wet hair, but I may now after I read others say it helped most that way. Best part: I find it helps wake up my hair if it is frizzy, but dry and tired looking.(That's really the only way to explain it!)And sadly, it looks that way often.(And yes, I definitely condtion, and don't use heat drying). My hair looks, and is, dry, often-- sometimes even shortly after washing and conditioning well--to say nothing about a a few hours outside in the sun, or indoors in heat. So, I use it after my hair has dried, and on other days when my hair appears lifeless or dry and dull. I do like the product mind you, but it doesn't work like magic like it says.
