This product is absolute garbage. The only thing "venomous" is the price. The tiny "tingle" you get from this product is really just irritating, like you scraped your lips a bit raw, and frankly, blood itself would make a better lip stain. The product is oily feeling, smears all over, comes off simply by touching your lips together, and worst of all, it applies SO unevenly it's impossible to make it look nice.
