  • Thierry Mugler Angel Refillable

My husband picked this out for me, and I am a huge fan. The scent is a very unique combination of sweet and musky scents--very sexy. The scent really lasts, too. I never have to reapply. I also love the little star-shaped, refillable bottle. The only downside is that the bottle doesn't stand upright, so if you usually leave your perfumes standing on a dresser or vanity, you might have to find somewhere else to put it.

  • Physicians Formula Organic Wear Tinted Moisturizer

I was really excited to find a vegan tinted moisturizer with SPF at such a low price. I wear this stuff on casual days when I only want a little makeup, and it works ok. I really like the level of coverage: not too thick and makeup-y, but still evens out my complexion and hides small blemishes. It moisturizes decently and has a good consistency. However, it leaves me looking kind of shiny--it's not actually greasy, but for some reason it's shiny. I'm not really a fan of the scent, either. It has a weird alcohol/herbal scent, almost like Pine Sol. It goes away after you apply it, but it's kind of harsh out of the bottle. Still, it's such a good price that I would probably buy it again.

  • Tarte Lights Camera Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara

This is the best mascara I've ever tried. I'm still not sure whether I love or hate the ridiculous purple faux-snakeskin case, but the product itself is to die for. It lengthens! It thickens! It volumizes! It doesn't clump! It doesn't smear! And it's not even very expensive. I've never had such effortlessly glamorous-looking lashes. I'm hooked!

  • Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Bubble Bath

I think Bath and Body Works bubble baths are actually a lot nicer than many of the more expensive bath products I've tried. They're nothing terribly fancy (no cute packaging or high-powered luxury ingredients), but they actually produce enough scent to create a nice bathing experience (something I find lacking in many bubble baths). I am especially addicted to the Moonlight Path fragrance--fantastic!

  • Origins Ginger Float Cream Bubble Bath

I was so excited to try this bubble bath. I usually love Origins products, and it smelled so good in the jar. I followed the directions exactly, scooping up a handful of the product and holding it under running bathwater. Still, the product didn't dissolve! I got a few bubbles and lots of goopy, stringy soap blobs floating in the water. I even tried mixing the bathwater vigorously with my hands, to no avail. Worse still, the aroma wasn't nearly strong enough once the product was in the water--just a faint trace of scent. What a bummer!

  • Jonathan Product Hydrating Mask

I like a lot of the other Jonathan products, but this one was only OK. I used it as a weekly deep conditioner, but it didn't seem to be any more effective than a regular daily conditioner. I didn't notice any difference in my hair after using up the whole jar. It smelled nice and detangled my hair, but I wouldn't really call it a deep conditioner. I probably wouldn't buy it again unless I was going to use it as my daily conditioner.

  • Jonathan Product Create Volume Thickening Foam

I absolutely adore this mousse. I have long, fine hair that tends to go limp at the roots, and this product is great at adding lift. It doesn't get sticky or crunchy, and it has a pleasant scent (always a big selling point for me). Totally worth the price!

  • The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel

The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel

    Good Product, Good Value

The Body Shop makes some very good showe gels. They have great fragrances that are strong enough to scent your shower but don't linger to interfere with your perfume. They produce a satisfying lather but don't dry your skin. I also like the price!

  • T3 360 Plump

I got a bottle of this free with my T3 dryer, and I was not impressed. It left my hair crunchy and sticky, and didn't really add much volume. I would never purchase it again,

  • T3 Featherweight Professional Hair Dryer

At first I was skeptical that there could be much of a difference between a pricey dryer and an inexpensive one. Eventually I had to give in and try it---wow! It dries my hair fast without burning my scalp, and it leaves my hair much smoother and shinier than my old dryer. I love it!
