I am soon going to be 51 years old and love it. I feel and look better than ever before.  I do not believe in age discrimination, which is so prevalent with society. Age should be only a number.  However, since so many people look their age or worse, it is embarrasing to be grouped in your own age group.  I have nothing in common with mine, thank goodness.  Way too many men AND women have an old attitude, and  this causes them to ACTUALLY look and act older.   I am not talking about being "young at heart".  That is just a cope-out.  You need a whole lot more than that. 

I do believe there are several things that age one.  They include the following, but this is ONLY a partial list.

NOT WEARING SUNSCREEN SPF30+ EVERY DAY RAIN OR SHINE..

NOT GETTING EXERCISE.  I love fast dancing and walking for starters.

SMOKING.  I NEVER WILL, NEVER HAVE.

RETIREMENT.     The word, itself says "put out to pasture".  The next step is the graveyard. People who retire look, die and age far quicker.

BELIEVING everything you read or see about celebrities.  Often, they look far older and worse than they should. Photos are retouched, false quotes about their weight and height are often given, etc.  Their advice is often wrong  and they are not what their publicity leads us to believe.  SO HAVE YOUR OWN STYLE, BEAUTY ROUTINES, ETC.

BEING EVEN A LITTLE OVERWEIGHT  I never have been.

WEARING GLASSES.  I had 20/600,  recently had Lasik. Never wore glasses in public ever.

NOT TAKING VITAMINS.

Believe me, I enjoy life.  I am a solid devout Christian and enjoy all the good things life has to offer.  It is never too late for any person who wishes to change. I also follow the Christian morality no matter how fashionable  the other "lifestyle" seems to be.  My beautiful daughter totally agrees with me.
