Hello- I tried this product which was very highly hyped at a local beauty store at the mall. It did make my lips appear plumper but my lips also got chapped and irritated feeling for the next 4-5 days from just one application of the product. It is possible I have sensitive lips, but I would be careful and try this product first before you fork out the money. It may cause dry lips like it did mine.

Lancome Artliner Precision Felt Tip Liquid Liner

smooth and easy to handle

liquid liner is a challenge I had managed to avoid all these years, but when the "cat eye" look came in this last winter and spring I wanted to try it. This is the first liquid liner I tried, and I really am impressed with how smooth it goes on, and does not smudge. It dries quickly. I tried other brands since then, and none have been as good. If you want liquid liner for dramatic eyes, consider this product.
