no it can't be water, water would remove makeup better. i got this in one of thoes free gift with perchase things. and it barely takes off my eyeshadow. no waterproof eye liner, no non waterproof liner, no mascara period! don't waste your money.

i've tried a lot of oil free eye makeup removers and this one is the only one that removes waterproof mascara with out leaving my eyes feel oily or greasy. it's very gentel on the eyes too. i also like that you can use it one your lips to get rid of lip stains.

people rave over this and for flax sake i can't figure out why! i have pretty great skin, except for my dark circles, and even with concealer it made them look darker than they are with out any foundation. it made me feel and look powdery. the container makes a huge mess. won't repurchase. might not even finish what i have.

California is a pretty shimmery pumpkin, perfect for fall. the texture is great, not chalky or dence. i had no fall out. pigmentation is amazing. i always use UD Primer Potion, so i don't know how longlasting it is alone, but it lasts all day with a primer.

i really like the brush on this mascara, it looks really simple and maby a bit boring, but it does a great job at coating all of my lashes. volumizes well, but fails to hold curl. did'int really notice any lingthening. and it's not the blackest mascara. i might try the waterproof verstion since they tend to hold my curl better. but i'm hesitent because i really like my mascara's to be black, not charcol gray.

my holy grail concealer! i'm very fair skined and it's always hard to find a concealer light enough, CIA is perfect! it covers my dark circles and acne. no creasing, no tugging, no fading. i've even used it as a eye base a few times.

my lashes work best with dryer mascara formula, so i think i would like this mascara more if it came in a waterproof fomula also. but as a 'wet' mascara, i really do like it. i a big fan of the spooned, syntectic brush, and the packaging is pretty. it did not hold my curl as good as a 'dry' formula does, but it does more than all other 'wet' mascara.

i had this in the brown shade. and i really do like it. but it tends to flake after awhile. i love the shade of brown though, very pigmented, longwearing, no smudes. the brush is useless.(i used smashbox bent liner brush). dear clinique, please fix the flakage.

not trying to be overly dramatic, but it is. when i first used this i thought i found my new favorite liner. it glides on soooo smooth! it feels super cooling and is very pigmented. to bad it burns your eyes, stains your contact lenes(had to through away a new pair!) and runs at a blink of an eye. Application: 9/10. Fromula: 1/10.

I have this in black, and....well...it's not nearly as black as you'd hope for. if your looking for a medum gray, then you might like it. but if you REALLY want a black liner for your waterline then go for Smashbox limetless or Urban decay 24/7.
