If you are allergic to nuts and/or certain types of fruits that have pits (like peaches and plums), I would do a little research before trying it. Therapeutic indeed!

I am very sensitive to scents, so I was thrilled to find that I can enjoy at least one of these scents without getting a headache (I like 'Energy', Mandarin Lime the best). The price is now $8.50 which is still not bad since one bottle lasts a long time. I usually purchase this item during the semi-annual sales. If you shop right, you save a bundle by buying in bulk at the right time. I always look for coupons and sales, and Bath and Body Works has lots! If you don't like sweet or flower scents, Mandarin Lime is a great citrus one to try.

Pureology Perfect 4 Platinum Reconstruct Repair Masque

Reconstruct means reconstruct!

I double process my hair (platinum blonde) on a regular basis, so I need something to keep my hair alive afterwards. Of all the Pureology I've tried so far, this is my favorite. I often leave it on overnight when I see the shine go out of my hair, or when it feels dry. In the morning I have a new start with the same old hair. I know that this is the product that helps my hair looking healthy. It has saved me money because I don't need to get my hair cut as often, and one use makes a difference. Even my husband was impressed with the difference it made in his hair! It's available in some retail stores, salons, and definitely online. It's a great gift to give, and a great product to have. My highest recommendation!
