I have very unbalanced skin that can go from oily and acne riddled to dry and flaky within a few days. This toner is the perfect solution--it doesn't clog pores or sit on top of the skin heavily, but provides light but highly effective moisture that gets rid of flakiness. Also gets rid of last traces of makeup very well.
