This is a great drugstore conditioner, especially the one for long hair that's damaged since I can use all the moisture I can get. It doesn't coat and it's too weighty either.

My hair is heavy, so I need conditioning but not added weight. This gave me a little more moisture which was nice. Maybe not for every day though.

I think some of the reviews are a little harsh considering it's a drugstore brand. I'm a fan of the UV technology to help keep color true and I also liked the scent and lather it produced. I also like the option of choosing the product by hair condition. If you 're looking to keep your color true without spending a fortune, this is your guy!

A Great Reasonably Priced Mineral Foundation
Here's the deal- if you find the leading mineral foundation to be too shiny, or too expensive, head out to Ulta and pick up Pur. $24.50 is a really fair price for the amount given, and I've found that you don't need to use nearly as much to achieve the same coverage. The finish is neutral, not matte and no annoying mineral sheen. Also, the pressed formula makes throwing it in your bag for touch ups a snap.

Pur Minerals Mineral Mudd with Pascalite
So Amazing it will (literally) Change the Look of Your Face
After too many long nights strewn together celebrating the 4th, my skin needed some revitalizing fast. I received this one of a kind masque in a recent offering sent from Pur Minerals, a complete mineral line found at Ulta and Dillards at very reasonable prices. FIne bits of exfoliating matter are peppered throughout this dense, brown mud which contains pascalite to completely draw out impurities to reveal fresh glowing skin. Since pascalite is supposedly a cure to draw out the venom from a brown recluse spider bite, I thought this might be just the extreme action I needed. What happened when I used this masque was nothing I'd ever experienced before. My face felt the usual tightening sensation as with most mud masques, but I began feeling a tightening so great that my lips were being forced open as the mud dried drawing my skin upward and outward. I wanted to laugh at what had become of my face, but the masque was too tight.. At no point did my skin feel a burning sensation or the least bit irritated afterward and the result was so amazing I was wishing I'd taken a before and after. I think I've found a new post-weekend ritual.

BareMinerals Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15
Not Even Close to the Best Mineral Foundation out There..
Jane Iredale, Minerology, even PUR Minerals beat the crud out of this overpriced, messy, color limited shine enhancer. If you're oily, don't even think about it- you'll shine and shine. I can now spot people who wear this because they're faces look shiny and cakey.

Knowing what I know- that sun damage is done over time, I use this on my arms and declote daily before leaving the house. It's the equivalent of a lightweight lotion, and there is ZERO sunscreen scent.

The patchouli outweighs the orange in my opinion, so you better really like the scent of it. The lotion itself is great though.

I did love the scent and how it stayed with my hair, I could smell it every time my hair moved in a light and good way. I mix it with a more moisturizing conditioner since it wasn't nearly enough though, but it was ok. Maybe for fine hair without a lot of needs.
