Clinique Mild Clarifying Lotion

Not "needed" but so NICE!

I've bypassed getting clarifying lotion every time I shop. And each time I get out of the shower and forget to moisturize immediately, I wish I had some. Beauty experts say you really don't NEED this stuff, but they do support the fact it makes your skin more prepared to take on the moisturizer and make the most of it. After going without it for so long (and having used this product in the past) I am going back to buying it. Clinique's Mild Clarifying Lotion is the one I choose because of my sensitive skin and you really don't need much more "clarifying" than what this gives you. Unless you're trying to forego actually washing your face - then maybe use the regular clarifying lotion. Using the whole process would be best - but we all know we're occasionally lazy, hmm girls? *grin*

Clinique High Definition Lashes Brush Then Comb Mascara

Fine lashes find a saviour!

This product is smokin' hot. I was encouraged to buy it before but I am so skeptical of "promises of granduer" that I didn't bite. Then I got a free sample. WOW! I don't want to use anything else now. The comb HONESTLY makes my lashes longer, super thick AND defined. If you have fine lashes, you know how hard it is to do this without making a mess. AND, that's another good thing about this product: I don't make big smudgy messes on my lid when applying it! I've never had a better mascara. Unless you want waterproof or something... I use the comb on top lashes and the brush on my lower corner lashes.

Clinique Brow Shaper

Brows are Beautiful!

I am a big fan of the well shaped brow. I think it makes the face look finished when done well. I've got average thickness with a bit of sparseness in my brows. This fills them in so naturally that I can't see a line or powder build up. I brush it in through the hair to the skin and then smooth my finger over the top of the brow. Then, I run my finger over the arch around the edge towards my cheek bone - this removes the excess and makes a highly defined brow that tapers to a sexy point. I love this stuff. It also comes with TWO applicators - in case you lose one I guess. But it is just the right amount of stiffness. Only thing that would be better is to use your own brow brush with a longer handle for better gripping. But I've been perfectly happy with the small one as I don't like to mess with a lot of different items in the morning. It stays on all day and into the evening. if I go out at night, I might do a light touch up for more drama but otherwise it lasts for daily purposes of work and play.
