The brush definitely takes some time getting use to. It's really easy to swipe the liquid on your face if you're not paying attention. It looks wonderful at first. I don't know if it's really about definition but it definitely volumizes. However, after an hour or two it starts to flake something awful and seems to make your lashes feel really brittle. I'd go with Rimmel if you're going to buy a drugstore mascara.

Not only does this offer awesome protection from the sun (I never once got a sunburn using it), but I like to use it mixed with liquid foundation. It seems to work just as well as any face primer I've used and really creates that dewey look if you use it under your makeup.

I'm not sure how this turns out on dark hair, but I used the copper blast on my goldy blonde hair and it turned out great. Sadly, it only lasted three days for me, but it left a cool reddish tinge to my hair for a few days after. It's great for people like myself who love their hair color but want to try something new now and then.

I spent too much money on a Clinique kohl eye pencil and after being incredibly frustrated with it, bought this. This eyeliner is fool proof and I'm constantly amazed by its accuracy. I don't seem to have much of a problem with it wearing off at all, but if you do happen to smudge it with your fingers or hand during the course of your day/evening you'll definitely have to reapply.

The scent of this stuff literally puts my boyfriend in a frenzy. I love my wavy hair but really liked how it smelled so I got it anyway. After all of the "curl and wave enhancing" shampoos I've bought, this one seems to help my hair get the perfect waves. While the shampoo meant for my type of hair makes it flat and guhhh. Regardless, I dig it.

I'll agree that it take some effort to really volumize your lashes with this mascara, but I love that it doesn't look fake and it doesn't flake. I think seperation is the key to good mascara and this definitely does the job.
