doesn't quite deliver

This product promises both volume and length without clumps. In my opinion, it delivers on the length but not so much on the volume, and definitely not without clumps. My lashes are average, so maybe it's volumizing to someone with finer lashes, but that wasn't my experience. This was my first experience with a lengthening mascara, and I think I'm going to keep looking.

I love this stuff! I personally use the light tone, and it blends perfectly and matches wonderfully. I look like I'm not wearing foundation at all, but my tone is even and my skin smooth. I bought this the first time only because it was on sale and I had a coupon, but it is now my everyday foundation.

H2O+ Marine Toner

fresh scent, clean feeling

My review headline says it all. I like the scent of this toner, and it does a good job of cleaning without drying out my face (it has no alcohol).
