The only I found for oily skin with good coverage

My skin is quite oily, also sensitive, flaky, dehydrated; with visible pores and some fine lines. Any foundation or powder "flows" at the end of the day between my eyebrows despite any primer I use. So far this was the best for masking the pores, not drying the skin, and keeping the makeup from "swimming". Does not give "layer", which could be rubbing into the pieces when applying BB cream or foundation.
