Smells so good

I got this as a gift and it's my favorite treat after a hard day of being on my feet most of the day. It makes my feet feel soft and it smells great. Occasionally, I even put down the stopper in the shower and let my feet soak in it while I shower. However, I do not think I would buy it on my own since I can buy a similar product at Walmart or Target far cheaper and enjoy it just as much.

N.Y.C. New York Color Browblender Brow and Liner Pencil

Good stuff, Good price

I find that I can do a fine line or smoky eye with this pencil as well as any others. The price can't be beat either. This pencil goes for $1 at my local Walmart. Additional tip: For a smoky effect, try putting the pencil briefly on your curling iron or hold it over a candle. This helps it to go on smoother.

CoverGirl Lipslicks Lipgloss

Love it!

This is a great lipgloss if you're wanting a natural look or need a gloss to layer over other colors. I use Hipster, which appears dark red in the tube but looks pink to sheer cherry on my lips. I teach and even long-lasting formulas do not last as long as I need them to and/or they dry out my lips completely. I can use Lipslicks all day long like a lip balm and it keeps my lips moisturized. Moreover, I can do touch-ups as needed without a mirror since the color is sheer enough that it's goof-proof.

Maybelline New York Great Lash Washable Mascara

Favorite Mascara

I have tried other brands, but I always come back to Great Lash. For one, the price is great. I got two tubes for $5 today at Walmart. I also like how the formula glides on my lashes and makes them appear defined and longer. I do curl my lashes in advance and that helps as well. I rarely have problems with clumping, but I replace my mascara religiously every three months. I do have to be careful of stray black specks above my eyes since the formula does take time to dry. These are easily removed with a make-up sponge though. There are mornings when I only have time to put one thing on my face, and this mascara is it. If you are looking for a volumizing formula, this may not be right for you.

Almay Smart Shade Makeup

Info about me: White, fair skin with warm undertones, freckles, normal skin though I get an occasional chin pimple, issues with undereye circles Positives: This is my favorite foundation so far due to the light coverage and skin matching ability. My skin color changes quite a bit from summer to winter and I find that the light/medium color is perfect on me. I also like that it has SPF 15 so that I get some sun protection. Additionally, I teach and can not do touch-ups and I find that it lasts all day even though I do not use a powder over it. You can find it in Walmart, your local drugstore, or occasionally Big Lots. If you prefer a natural look, this is a great foundation. Negatives: Since this is a light coverage foundation, it does not cover pimples or undereye circles well. I use Covergirl concealer stick for these issues. You must also be careful to blend well with this foundation or you will end up with uneven coverage or a make-up line along the neck. I apply it with my fingers and then blend it along the edge of my face with a make-up sponge. If you prefer a matte look or complete coverage, this is not the foundation for you. Also, you can tell the make-up needs to be replaced when it comes out darker than normal or does not blend the way that it once did (a bottle lasts almost four months for me).
