I received a sample of NYX Provocateur Mascara and I like it. I like having the option of natural or dramatic lashes in one tube. Two brushes in one tube was a great idea.

Cheap but Surprisingly Soft

I bought this brush st Big Lots because it came with a cute makeup bag. I use this brush for liquid foundation and tinted moisturizer. It's soft and it provides a great finish. It's also easy to maneuver because the handle is strong and the perfect length.

E.L.F. Powder Brush

Best Brush for Beginners

I love this brush. The cheap price and availability got my attention initially, but then I used it. It is really soft, doesn't shed, and the finish is great. It works well with mineral powder foundation for buffing.
