Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Hairspray
Tousled as promised...before and AFTER a humid, rainy night out
I usually dont do tousled... not that I dont like it, but my attempts are usually just full and fuzzy. I had a party to attend, under a tent, on humid rainy night. If I opted for sleek, it wouldnt have lasted for 10 minutes, so I tried the whole line of Tousle Me Softly products and my hair looked tousled, but not sloppy. I was delighted, many hours later, to see that my hair remained touchable and pretty, despite awful weather (and a fabulous party). Impressive!

Maybe...once you can figure out how to open it. Its a fun idea. two glosses that can be worn indivdually, or combined together in one package. It has a nice consistency and a pretty iredescent glow. The applicator fils comfortably on the lip and it is reasonably priced.

Hated the applicator...felt like I was scraping my eyelids...but I will suffer for the right effect...but didnt get that either. Instead, I found myself dotted in navy blue freckles. For me, a dud1

I re gifted this immediately. Most moisturizers with SPF 30 do leave a whitish, chalky residue...Pro-X Age Repair Lotion was not the exception....Next!!!

I thought it was just OK. Nice texture, but not hydrating nor rich enough for me. It is an interesting marketing strategy for Olay...they are really after the high end customer, in a budget crunch, trading down. If I am going to do Olay, I am happier with the Regenerist products...Save your $$$ girls.

I was shocked to see that Lash Stilletto was being reviled! I actually LOVED it, tidy, LONG, elegant lashes, with ZERO clumping or flaking. Easy to remove... Happy happy happy!!! I just Blogged about it... To each "her" own...

Who knew??? I thought the sulfates were what produced the lather. Rich, creamy and delicious. My hair looks amazing. Also LOVED the minty conditioner and my hair was cleaner than usual between washings... Really is a breakthrough product!

I love the concept of a lipstain, and by default have used Benetint, Laura Geller's lip and cheek tint and Laura Mercier's lip stain in a pot. I like the idea of semi tatooing my lips for the day, before putting on lipstick. The challenge has been that everything is always done in a berry red hue, where my preference is more of a rosy brown. When I saw Outlast advertised, I bee lined it to CVS. Apparently, I am not the only fan, since there were only two shades left. "Blossom" was more like fuscia, on my lips, but it applied easily enough in its magic marker felt tip way. I went on the CG website and based on my coloring, it recommended a nearly perfect color. I cant quite figure out how to get more out of the tube...it does not come out with gusto, but, for the price and for the color, it is getting the job done.

I am a Loreal fan, longterm, and believe them to be one of the best mass market cosmetic companies. I was intrigued by the promise of those little "tubes" and an 80% increase in length...I liked the white ceramide base coat, but found the mascara to be thin and watery, my lashes looked neither full nor long. But, the fun came later, trying to get it off!!! Little black beaks, stubbornly stuck to my cheeks, impossible to remove. Blogged about it, naturally.

I have tried countless self tanners and always come home to sublime. Never orange or streaky, it builds gradually and enhances a bit of natural color beautifully. I don't have any issues with the smell, some literally leaving me gagging. One of the nicest things is the subtle shimmer is leaves behind.
