Salon grade product. Slight "burn" on application. Dermetologist recommended leaving on all night two to three times a week, as tolerated. Otherwise, just leave on a few minutes and wash off. Very effective in smoothing skin. Make sure to use this product on top of hands also to diminish age spots and smooth skin there.
